Does anyone know what, if anything, has gone wrong with this group?  I
have used them regularly for some considerable time and been happy with
their services - the crossings and customer service. Of late, however,
I have found it impossible (literally) to contact them:  in the last
week, I have spent 3+ hours on the phone to them, sent two emails and
two faxes - and not been able to get a single response.  I would be
glad of any news, especially anything which might encourage me to carry
on using them!
