Thought some of you might enjoy this picture of a Stagecoach B10 done up
in North Western livery.

Great Picture Brian.
Where I live, in South Shields, Stagecoach also have a single-decker in
old-style livery. Maybe they do it across the country.

They have an Atlantian at the Chorley depot in the old Ribble Motors
livery but they have made a right cock up of it the red paint looks
more like brown horrible in fact .
The North Western looks really well I can still see the old NW half
cab deckers running through our village in my minds eye operating the
X60 service from Manchester to Blackpool a service which they shared
with Ribble 50+ years ago.
Now the X60 service operates on a Saturday only Preston- Trafford
center and is replaced with the X61 which stops and picks up at places
the X60 never did .

There's one in Cumberland Motor Services livery in the Lakes, and I
have a feeling (though I've never seen it) that there might be a
United Counties one running around as well.
