Yes, it changes every time I visit (which is only about once a year 
now).  I last went there during the illuminations switch on 
(coincidence, as we were there for my sister's wedding in Fleetwood) and 
yet again it was looking even more run down.  Very sad to see as I 
remember growing up with full trams running every few minutes on market 
days - now they manage with a 10 minute service.
