Veolia appear to be taking over some routes in York from next week, 
including the Top Line Travel 'circle' route (which I use on a 
semi-regular basis, hence saw this change posted on one of the buses) and 
a bunch of others (not sure if they're from Top Line or First).

Not heard of them before - anyone know anything about them? (other than 
they are a French company).
