The standard bus on the route has a dedicated space for 1 wheel chair.
There is a nominal 10 minute frequency on the route but due to various 
factors 30 minute intervals are not uncommon.

I have witnessed a similar siuation in New York where the driver stated the 
bus was too full for a wheel chair user. The driver prevailed in the end.
