Funny business at Trustline and Stansted Transit
28 November 2006: Trustline Services Ltd cancelled their Local Bus
Service registration for 354 (Baldock to Harlow according to the VOSA
website, but I think this should be Buntingford to Harlow) today with
effect from 2 December 2006 and all of their other registrations with
effect from 3 December 2006. New short notice registration applications
for all these routes were made by Galleon Travel Ltd at the same time.

29 November 2006: Stansted Transit Ltd still don't appear to have
renewed their PSV Operators licence, which according to the VOSA
website expires on 30 November 2006, none of their remaining bus
service registrations have been cancelled though.

The Intalink and Essex County Council websites still show Stansted
Transit as operating their existing network and neither carries any
notice of imminent abandonment by the company of these routes, but if
they let their Operators licence expire they can't continue to
operate them legally. Something very funny is going on here. Expect
quite a bit of VOSA enforcement activity in the Bishop's
Stortford/Buntingford/Saffron Walden area this coming Friday if nothing
changes!
