Hi,

Does anyone know how many Ikarus Polaris 489 buses are buzzing around
and who operates them?

The reason I ask is that I think its a pretty good looking bus,
probably better looking than the newest Wrightbus offerings, although
they dont seem to be that popular over here for some reason.

Theres a local operator round where I live that has two, and I know
Blue Bus in Bolton has some and Aztecbird in Yorkshire had at least
one, but these companies have been taken over by Arriva, so a small
independant operator and Arriva are the only operators now as far as
I'm aware. Does anyone know any different?
