The Subject is "Michael Gobshite O' Leary speaks" Look, it's up there in
the subject line. Then some numpty posts about Easyjet, completely out
of the blue.

So, umm what exactly does O'Leary have to do with Easyjet?

He has been speaking even more this morning "Based on forward bookings, we
now believe it likely that average fares for the coming year will rise by
approximately 5 percent and if oil prices remain at $130 per barrel, then we
expect to accordingly breakeven for fiscal '09,"

Net profit excluding one-off items rose to 480.9 million euros ($748
million) in the 12 months to the end of March versus 401.4 million euros a
year earlier and the 474.7 million average of 18 analysts' forecasts on
Reuters Estimates.

Europe's biggest low-cost carrier said, however, its unadjusted net profit
fell to 390.7 million euros from 435.6 million euros a year earlier once it
had included exceptional items, including a 91.6 million euro write down in
the value of its stake in Irish rival Aer Lingus Ryanair said it was better
placed than all other European airlines to absorb higher oil costs, even if
it means profits fall in the short term.

I look forward to flying with Ryanair this summer / winter

So would I if I had any intention of flying O'Leary has the right
approach you pay for the journey and a seat on the plane and nothing
else. You want baggage in the hold then you pay for it just has you
have to do or should do when baggage is put in the boot of a taxi , if
you want a manual check in you pay for it or check in on line for
free, you want a wheelchair you pay for it if you travel with other
airlines everybody has to pay for YOUR use of a wheelchair because
they have the charge included in the cost of each passengers ticket.
There is no such thing as a free lunch today someone has to pay
somewhere along the line so in my book the disabled should pay for
additional help they need such as wheelchairs etc don't forget many
disabled are getting a good screw in DLA payments from the government
and should be made to use these payments for what they are given for.

I have flown 12 times this year and so far every flight has been £9.99 or at
most 15?, It suits me and I have allready booked all my summer trips with
Ryanair.

The free lunches are there, you just need to look for them.

Now that Ryanair are starting flights to Brussels from Manchester at
the end of next month and has I do not require to put anything in the
hold or have the need to consume vests amounts of food and drink or
have the need of a wheelchair, Ryan will be getting my money for the
journey instead of Eurostar and Virgin trains from now on .
