C27J?   
I live near Yeovilton.   I've just seen what I initially took to be a C130 
but then realised it was a twin so I now think it was probably a C27.   It 
was heading vaguely in the direction of Boscombe or Lyneham at a guess at an 
altitude of maybe 2-3k.

Can anyone confirm the sighting or offer an alternative identification?
