Although LHR has only ever claimed the largest number of International 
*passengers* rather than *flights*.

CDG is catching up fast (only 18% behind on International passengers), 
and has 25% unused runway capacity, whereas LHR is full.

CDG has 12% more flights than LHR, so if their mix of 
International/Domestic is the same as LHR, they already have more 
international flights (although don't claim more destinations). Someone 
would need to drill down and find out if the I/D ratio is sufficiently 
different that they haven't got more International flights.
