I heard an interesting debate between experts on a related subject on
the World Service this morning. It appears that there is no shortage
of oil reserves but that exploiting them is becoming increasingly
difficult, for political and economic reasons. This points to an ever
increasing price for oil products which suggests some effect on
hypermobility and CO2 emissions in the future.
