Fear of Flying - my strategy.
OK,

I'm officially the world's worst flyer....

Tomorrow I leave for New York, all in a 7 hour flight I believe. The plan
is NOT TO SLEEP until the flight, which I believe takes off early afternoon
UK time. I had a late night last night, and crawled out of bed relatively
early this morning. I feel tired at the moment, I could go home and sleep
for the night right now.

The plan is, if I fight sleep until on the plane, the majority of the flight
will hopefully be lost to sleep? Fingers crossed!

What do the other scardey-cats do?

Gary.
