Moppets? I assure you they're all legal driving age and over! :)

Perhaps if the council provided parking around here then people wouldn't
be tempted. But if its not yellow lines its residents parking permits.
And no, public transport is NOT an option for a large proportion of the
people who work here since we're not city centre, and neither is cycling.
The council seem to be going out of their way to chase businesses out of
the area, but then thats par for the course for the sort of clueless
unemployable morons who end up working for local government because they
can't get a job anywhere else.
