The continuing fall in the price of oil despite OPEC reintroducing it's production caps is down to investors moving away from oil into other commodities freeing up the large reserves they were holding onto. It looks like those who predicted the $200 barrel and an early end to oil were about as far from the mark as you can get -- If we diverted all funding from climate change research into an examination of the tooth fairy you'd have a list of BScs and PhDs as long as my arm with computer models of her wings and credible theories as to her phone number.
