So is the conclusion that certain people are immune from punishment
for killing others, due to the nature of their job? If so, I would
welcome acknowledgement from the relevant authorities for this fact.
Similarly, are some less accountable, such a motorists for example,
for killing others due to the nature of the location and mode of
killing?

Maybe, instead of clouding the issue with a range of specialist
charges, such as 'dangerous driving', maybe the government and the
courts should come clean and admit that there is no level playing
field in law and some killers will be treated more leniently than
others.
