The price of oil
Has Doug given us one of his regular updates about the price of crude
oil. He appears to have stopped doing this, I cannot work out why.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/business/7593597.stm

"Oil slides towards $100 a barrel".

Seems it has dropped from its record $147 in July to a five month low
of $105.46

This can only be a good thing for everyone. (Apart from Doug who is
not affected by the price of oil).

Fund managers still believe in the $200 barrel within 2 years at most i.e
once the little recession we're suffering is over

Re: The price of oil
not forgetting as sterling falls, oil is relatively more expensive hence oil
price per barrel down and fuel around here a couple of pence up in the last
few days
