Good, now if there can be a session of laying out the lying shits who
act as managers and drivers for Amtrak for a ceremony involving smearing
them with napalm and applying a match, I for one will be happy.
I'm astonished that they have managed to go bankrupt because for
overcharging, non-delivery, damaged to parcels that they never pay
compensation for and for sheer brass-faced lies I've never met a bunch
like them.

I have - TIME Computers, they were cut from the same cloth those two
companies. Oh, guess who we used to use as a courier when I worked
(briefly!) at TIME back in the day.. Amtrak. After all the complaints we
used to get about them, I'm surprised they lasted another 14 years. Not
cheap, and very, very nasty.

The manager at the local Amtrak depot verbally abused my wife for
several hours on the phone after she phoned to ask why a package had not
been delivered. He claimed that they had made three attempts to deliver
and had left a card on each occasion. She pointed out that she had
waited for the package from 0700 to 1900 each day and that no-one had
attempted delivery. She also suggested that if finding the address of a
property located on a main road with a large sign outside giving the
name of the business was too much a trial for the delivery driver they
could use her interim warehouse address which is fully staffed 24/7 and
will receive small packets as well as the pallets usually delivered for
her business.
Amtrak manager then unleashed a load of cursing at her and told her she
was a liar and that his driver had definitely attempted delivery and
there was no way that he would authorise another delivery. So I drove
over to pick it up. The depot was a revelation, filthy rat-infested
ex-MoD wooden huts and asbestos sheds up the arse end of nowhere. I
collected the parcel, and mentioned to the woman in charge of
collections that it appeared that their driver was too lazy to travel
the five miles away from a major city to drop off a small package. She
then unleashed a torrent os swearing at me and told me she "didn't have
to put up with my abuse." I pointed out that I had been perfectly civil
and asked to whom I should address a complaint. She slammed the door in
my face. I turned to go and a dirty, unkempt individual reeking of booze
and fags emerged from a side door and shouted at me "what was my fucking
problem". I pointed out that I wanted to speak to the dispatch manager
or someone else senior and he claimed that he was that person and that
he had "already given your fucking stupid wife the fucking only fucking
answer she was fucking getting, so you can fuck right off."
I complained to Amtrak about the experience and they sent me a letter
accusing me of abusing their depot staff.
Absolute idiots the entire lot of them.

We had problems with them all the time, but Jesus, yours was worse. bad.
There's a few people I know wouldn't have been quite so civil towards them
as you. Possibly me included.
Anyway, the useless cunts got what they deserved now didn't they :-)

Wasn't Time Computers the one that filled all the expansion slots on the
motherboard with resin type material so they could not be expanded?

The mystery goo. Yes, that's right. They never bothered to tell the support
though.
