Slums are what are created by people not by the housing in which they
live.  Just because a house is sub-standard by todays standards
doesn't make it a slum.  Inferior living conditions are the product of
inferior persons.

There are *some* on uk.transport who don't want to see this. If you are

taking an interest in the caption 'competition'. If you are one read on.

Having asked you to send in your various captions after I've posted 
photos of our members (and visitors) I must now stand in the firing line 
myself. So this is the next 'caption competition'.

I know I probably don't have to tell you that you can be a rude as you 
like. I'll publish the ones that are suitable for general consumption 
with the final one being posted to the site. This time the decision is 
*mine* <

Would you mind telling me what the condition you have is called, and 
what medication you take for it (ignoring the fact that you've obviously 
missed it again)? Only I know someone who is *also* despised by everyone 
else yet who keeps going back for more, and I'd like to know what to 
recommend...
By the way, since you were waiting for the profanity. You're a complete 
knobhead. HAND
