 I believe contacting your MP, the anti-car local press or the pro-green BBC 
might have more of an effect that slagging Doug off

£1.22gallon rather than litre :(

Tommy, nobody here has met you or knows very much about you, so they can 
only go by what you write here - and you really don't do yourself any 
favours in that department.

The above is one of your more lucid posts - but others are incoherent 
and seemingly typed in a stream of consciousness style by an arthritic 
spider that fell into a vat of LSD.

In addition, you often fail to attribute your quotes correctly and you 
make (usually baseless) assumptions about people and then manage to 
convince yourself that these assumptions are facts. So it hardly comes 
as a surprise that people then treat you like an idiot. You're the 
author of your own misfortune in that respect.

As for it being more effective for people to lobby MPs and other 
influential people than baiting Duhg, well, of course that is true. But 
baiting Duhg is far more fun and a quick, cheap instant hit. Don't knock 
it until you've tried it. :-)

Toomy seems to think that we all contribute to this group in order to
lobby for change.  I cannot speak for others, but I post to this group
for one reason only - for fun.  Baiting Gollum is great fun, and
baiting Toomtard is also fairly enjoyable.
