Doug - another apology
In recent months, I have been referring to Doug as "Gollum". Having
re-read the Hobbit, I now realise that I have been grossly unfair.
Gollum is a repulsive, degraded, murderous creature, who will lie and
cheat to get what he wants. He started off as a basically decent
character, but was lead astray by the power of the Ring.

Doug, on the other hand, has none of the redeeming features mentioned
in the last sentence. Comparing him to Gollum is therefore highly
offensive to Gollum, and I unreservedly apologise to Gollum for any
distress I may have caused.

Apology noted.

Apology not required. Gollum *is* a repulsive, degraded, murderous
creature, who will lie and cheat to get what he wants. The good creature
he evolved from was Smeagle so carry on calling repulsive, degraded,
murderous creatures, who will lie and cheat to get what they want Gollum.

All you say is true, but I would also have to point out that Gollum is
far smarter than Duhg. I very much doubt that Gollum would contend
that there are two types of ozone, that 0.108 cubic metres is 1.08
litres, or that one can find the interference minima of two waves
simply by adding the frequencies together (see Duhg's post on
Milenkovic cycles, to which I provided a link yesterday).

I therefore still contend that I have been unfair on poor old Gollum
by comparing him to Dung.

I put it down to the competitive stress of driving on our roads plus
the highly addictive nature of car use, which turns perfectly normal
human beings into aggressive monsters. They need some form of
treatment to get over it and a long holiday from their cars,

Although you don't realise it, the above reveals a lot about you Toomy.

Psychological projection (or projection bias) is a defence mechanism in
which one attributes one’s own unacceptable or unwanted thoughts
or/and emotions to others.

Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the unwanted
subconscious impulses/desires without letting the conscious mind
recognise them.

So what you are subconsciously telling us here is that you are an idiot,
you probably have anger management issues, are incapable of reasoned
argument and discussion, possibly an alcoholic too.

What else are you going to tell us about yourself?

Retards like Toomy who regularly posts here really are a microcosm
(note correct spelling, Toomtard) of modern society.

Years of education, and they still can't string a coherent sentence
together, or otherwise express themselves in a manner which others can
understand.

It's really sad.

Grow up lad, for heaven's sake.

No-one here is angry. They treat poor old Doug and his mind-storms as
they would treat their beloved and smelly old dog - with amazing
tolerance, given some of his more vitriolic outbursts and irrelevant
regurgitations of news articles - and for his wilful blindness when
presented with the truth.

Hey, Gollum, your one and only supporter on this group is not only a
climate change sceptic, but owns three cars including a highly
polluting Range Rover (or so he claims). Are you going to start

What would you know about being rich, clever or intelligent, Toomtard?

And for the third time of asking, where are the URLs of these posts that
you claim I have written, stating that I have been outside Duhg's house,
what his garden looks like, what his house looks like, the number plate
of the car parked nearby etc?

If you can't back up your claims, at least be man enough to apologise

Bring it on, Toomy. You've been asked three times for evidence of your
claims and come up with nothing. I even gave you the chance to redeem
yourself by admitting you made a mistake and apologising. But you
weren't man enough to do that.

Go on, make something up and I hope you get charged with wasting police
time or even perverting the course of justice.
