t-mobile changes to terms and conditions
From 26th October, new rates will apply to making and receiving calls on
your T-Mobile phone while you're abroad. These changes will apply to all
pay as you go, pay monthly (including U-Fix) customers and business
customers who we've sent a text message to.

Is this an opportunity to leave t-mobile for a material change to the contract ?
