unlocking mobile, again   
there are lots of sites offering a unlocking service, can anyone recommend 
one?
I have 2 phones that want doing, so discount for 2 would be good

If your phone is one that can be unlocked remotely, in which case, keep 
looking as you might find somewhere that will help you unlock it for free,
eg http://www.trycktill.com/eng/

If not, or if it is more complicated, I'd recommend a local independant 
phone shop/market stall. That way you can talk to them face-to-face and 
negociate (or at least try to) a deal...

is the nokia 5220 a 'difficult' phone, its not on
trycktill site, if its a easy one, what nokia
number should i use?

If it's not on that list, you probably can't unlock it using that site...
