Eclipse Peak Hours
Having had a reasonable service from Eclipse with their off-peak hours being
from approximately 0000 to 1800 and no download limit, they are now changing
it to 2300 to 0900. As I do nearly all my downloading during working hours
are there any other ISP's who offer off-peak hours during working hours? I
have obviously searched but it is very time consuming searching each site
for their peak hours. Perhaps someone out there is still on a similar
option.
Regards

Plusnet off-peak is midnight to 4pm (may vary for their different
offerings), though they do apply throttling during those times, off-peak
transfers aren't counted towards monthly allowance.
