	Does anyone have any ideas on the cheapest provider for calls
from my landline to a mobile please?

My guess...
On voip:  poivy.com 7.1p/min (Can be accessed by a geographic number
with out the need for voip equipment)
On landline:  probably 1899.com  10/4.5p/min

Can you please clarify the web address for VOIP access by a geographic
number please?
