Automated call from BT to cut me off although I made automated payment 10 days ago
Got an automated call telling me I hadn't paid my bill, and line would
be cut off if I didn't pay pdq.
Recording even suggested I made an automated payment by debit card.
I had paid with their automated service Monday last week!

Did an automated check -> bill recorded as having been paid.

Took me an hour to battle with robots and listen to crap music to
eventually speak to someone in India.
"Your bill was paid sir"
- Why did I get an automated call saying the line would be cut off?
"Dunno sir, your biill is paid, good bye sir"

I looked in the phone book to make a complaint ... same sodding phone
number I had just spent an hour on, pressing buttons and listening to
crap music.

Buggers.
