Pipex Homecall useless off shore call centres!
My partners parents phone line (rental paid to Pipex) blew down in high
winds..
The non English speaking turds at Pipex's call centre just cannot understand
that the line is not physically connected to the property!!!
The idiots tell us that we have to contact BT to log a line fault, but BT
(obviously) tell us that the line is not with them any more...
Do Pipex know what they are remotely doing?!
Could someone that has a reasonable grasp of the Queens English and works
for Pipex give me a call on the number below!!

Why do people stick with such shit service providers?.
We use Eclipse for our ADSL services, albeit business service ones and
their call centre is in Exeter without as much as a hint of West
Country;!...

When I objected to being kept on old for 10 minutes at a time, and
given bad advice (such as to reboot my router after I clearly said I
have a USB modem), and hung up on, and said I wanted a refund, I was
given an 0678 number to call
I said that the phone number is totally fictitious, and the
unobtainable warning sounds even after the 6 when dialling from a
landline
They insisted that the supervisor said that was the correct number to
call
I repeated that there aren't any such numbers in the UK, and asked
which country they are in
Manila, Philippines
