That is Birmingham this isn't I have not had any problems with the
shop I deal with.

Dodgy dealers can be anywhere. The blokes who ran the Birmingham shop are
probably in business somewhere else by now, who knows Ron it could be near
you. Your shop may well be ok at the moment, that doesn't mean they always 
will be.

Wouldn't touch cashbacks with a long pole. There's an old saying, if it
seems to good to be true it probably is.

Now that really says a lot for the Sipgate "Pirellio phone"dosen't it

It's not a "Sipgate" phone they're just selling it like many other 
retailers. As for the low price,  you probably have no idea just how big 
Sipgate is as a company, they have a relatively small presence in the UK 
but they are *huge* in Germany with many times more customers than they 
have here. Maybe they have the buying power and have managed to get a 
really good price.

Anyway, just ordered one so will find out soon.
