You need to dial country and area codes 44 000 or whatever before the
number you want .

And he will receive no reply he needs to contact the guy who first
mentioned this service here a guy called Armstrong  Mikail being his
first name I think , which is what I did after a lot of searching for
his email address regarding this matter some time ago .

Has anyone his email address?
I assumed he would eventually answer the predial contacts address
on the predial webpage
