BT Online Account Management
I'm hoping that I'm not the only one out here that gets
nothing but errors when trying to do anything with my BT
online account management.

I can't change any of the friends and family numbers, I just
get a line of red text telling me an error has occurred and
that I might like to call an advisor for assistance

I get the same if I try to access calling plan.

If I choose calling features I'm told they can't be accessed
and I need to call 150.

Come on BT, what exactly is the point of all this self serve
business if it's not working, I'd much rather serve myself
than speak to one of the cretins you employ in Mumbai.

Is anyone else having similar issues with BT online management
at the moment?

I don't have an active BT line anymore but have retained my BT account. My
BT account behaves the same as yours, correctly in my case, so I would guess
that they have set your account up wrong.

On bt.com, go to the 'at home' section. Click on 'support and advice', click
on 'Contact BT',

Click on 'using bt.com' and finally click on 'I'm having technical
problems'.

You will be presented with an email form to fill in to report your problem.
Alternatively call 0800 309 080.

Mom's account does that when she tires to access select services, I've
always put it down to the fact her number was ported from Telewest.

Cheers for that Sheila, I called the number and he's raised a
fault, says he's going to send it for further support as
there's an issue with a profile. I got nowhere emailing the
Indians!
