Directory entry presentation
As part of my modernisation plans, I have had my directory entries amended.

For as long as I can remember, BT has given my address as:

Flat number/Building number Street name

Accordingly, I asked Telappliant to make a similar listing.

That done, I called the appropriate department at BT to withdraw the
listing for my main voice number and add a listing for my callsign number
as a fax. (upon my move, I will stop taking callsign and have my BT line
listed as a fax)

Looking at BT's Directory enquiry web site, they have given the address
with this as:

Fl Flat number, Building name, Building number, Street name (last word
abbreviated)

Is there any documented reason why they did that after listing as
previously mentioned for the main number?

Has anyone else got minor inconsistencies in their address in listings?
