I've heard good things about this Polish bar:
Na Zdrowie, 11 Little Turnstile, WC1

I understand it used to be topless, but they put a roof on it after the
last time it rained.

They used to have pole dancing at the Yard of Flem, but found that it was
difficult keeping the audience's attention, as the poles would just fall to
the floor if you let them go.

They had a topless waitress called Gedrun. She wasn't much good as it's
difficult to take orders without a head or chest. I think they only kept her
on to meet some EU quota or something.
