I would have enjoyed the feeling but my wife would not let me offer
any of them a lift home :(

You know, I think this has been the longest thread in UKS since before
christmas. What can we do to keep it going?

No, that is a skilled job for which I'm not qualified. I think I have
to start as a cleaner first and work up - at least that is how it used
to be with the SR and GWR.

Switching things is a good thing - it helps the thread grow. However,
without a signal someone may end up on the wrong track.

Well thanks for helping to keep it going. I doubt it will equal some
of the record threads of the past but as long as we keep stoking it
then there is a chance it will last to Easter.
