The infection rates  are  skewered due to the fact that they have increased 
mostly among Homos. They never learn. Their perverted compulsion always gets 
the better of them and they are careless.

Isolate homos and HIV will go away. The probabily of a man contracting AIDS 
from a female is close to nil, if she is infected. The only sexual way a man 
can contract HIV is by being fucked up the arse by an infected homo. Very 
few females have AIDS and those that do got it from IV use. Figure it out.
