You feel that I am incorrect in my assumtion that all men and all
women are different, that men do not all act the same and all women do
not act the same.

So, in this - you are saying that all men / or / all women hold the
same values, are pursuing the same goals and hold the same values?
That since this man was behaving this way, all men behave that way and
since this woman behaved this way, all women behave that way also?

Or is it thought?  Are you saying that all men love to watch sports on
tv, and all women love to shop?

I am not really feeling your point here - would you like to give a few
