Thanks Martin for pointing this out as I missed last weeks episode.
I found very interesting the 'history' , 'science' & 'politics' that
have surrounded the subject of global warming for the last 40 years,
looking forward to tonights episode.

Please bear in mind the all important CO2 levels in dispute are in the
order of very small fractions using calibration methods that were
never considered important until the methods were perfected.
The overall effect is still only one half of one percent, a level that
has served meteorology since the discovery of CO2.
Although it does show that a man with an hat full of dry ice can raid
a bank or art gallery that relies on heat sensitive cameras.
(Which security lapses only occur in Hollywood films, fortunately.).

But why do they have to embellish all documentaries these days with loads of
bangs, crashes, "spooky" music and all sorts of unnecessary visual effects?
Do they think we are incapable of watching a simple exposition of the
arguments without any gimmicks?

I think it is so that the deaf -aka the more experienced, will not
enquire within upon everything.
The more you have to concentrate on, the less you have time to think
about; cuddly toy; cuddly toy.
