Mid -Suffolk (No rainy Days for me for a while)
Last 7 days have produced no measureable rain at all in the 0900 to
1800 Z timescale.

Two wet 'nights' credited totals on 16th of 6.2 mm and 5.7mm on 17th .

No rain at all for last 3 days and so far today. Nothing at all last
night when a wet night was forecast. (and happened at Wattisham) I
know that showers are hit and miss, but recently they have always
missed my patch.
Solid lines of radar echoes with thunder almost overhead last week but
no rain here was noted.
CB clouds VCSH in sight nearly every day, including to N earlier
today but always seem to pass by to NW or SE. A good measure of
sunshine most days, except yesterday.
Now outdoor pot plants have needed daily watering especially the
tomatoes, and locally the farmers are combine harvesting at a pace.
