Dramatic change in Sea conditions
What a difference to yesterday www.chapelidne.com/php/surf_report.php
Swell at Sevenstones 17' at this time yesterday, just 5' today, and
nearer 3' at Sennen. Forecast to drop out completely tomorrow.

Good spells of sunshine (as there were yesterday afternoon) but with
light winds at last, a brief taste of summer.

Unusually for August I see that Scilly saw the highest 'official' max
temperature in the SW yesterday at 18.2C despite a near gale (18.8C
here with a good deal of shelter from the west)
