Can I ask why you do a report at 9am in the Summer - or do you carry
out  further Obs at 10am in line with your Climat Station.

Good to hear from you.
I do the 09GMT as usual but today I knew I would be too busy with No 1
son at obs time to go online, so I did an early one just for anybody
interested in the ng. Been down to Birmingham and back to pick a car
up. He was most annoyed when the start had to be delayed to after
10am! Deputy observer in Belgium. Oh, dear it's a long story, but the
answer is I do the obs at 10am in summer (09Z) but do several others
for the web site etc.
