{WR} Haytor 17/5/08 (No change, fog, cold)
0915
No change from yesterday.
Fog 200 metres, continuous rain and drizzle, temperature +9.2C after falling
to only +8.8C overnight.
Temperature has now been below 10C since 0150 on 15th and in the range
8.8-10.0 throughout.
All surfaces dripping wet, vegetation soaked and flowers soggy and shrubs
drooping, house lights on it so gloomy.
<pinch> is this really May? </pinch>
What we need is a good storm to clear this lot away!

Re: {WR} Haytor 17/5/08 (No change, fog, cold)
Not quite as cool here in the lowlands, but not warm either.
Min Max
15th 9.4°C 15.7°C
16th 11.2°C 13.3°C
17th 11.1°C 11.7°C (so far today)
29.2 mm of rain so far this month. Only 0.6C today, just missing out on the
deluge occurring just to our south and west in Devon.
Sun since the 15th: 3 minutes.
The lack of diurnal variation in the temperature for the last two days has
been quite remarkable and something more usual for the autumn. Then again,
maybe we had our summer last week and this is autumn; oh no, abort abort!
