Hello;

My dad used to say. The British doctors and especially the British nurses 
were the very best in this world!

Once when the police were making my life tuff, the doctors poked and prodded 
me. An English sounding lady nurse was tending to biz (me). I told her what 
my dad said. She said spike (andy) you should get out of this hospital 
before you get sick. So i did.
