A new orbital component
The motion of the Equatorial rings of Uranus in the sequence of
images below represents a motion that is overlooked in resolving
planetary effects on Earth such as the inequality of the noon cycles
and variations in daylight/darkness North and South of the Equator -

The graphics which are used to show what is happening tend to hide the
change in orbital orientation wrt to the Sun whereas it is quite
dramatic when actual images of the motions of the Equatorial ring are
viewed,a change which is intrinsic to the planet itself rather than
changing perspectives from an orbitally moving Earth -

The main reason this new astronomical component attached to the
orbital motion of the Earth was overlooked is due to the human
inability to process two seperate motions/orientations at one time, the
original attempt by Copernicus using variable axial/Equatorial
inclination was an attempt to explain with one motion what in
actuality takes two motions and orientations.
In knowing that axial rotation produces the 'Polaris effect' where the
Earth's axis/equator keeps pointing in the same direction in space -

It is enjoyable to see how the Equatorial rings of Uranus acts like an
orbital longitude beacon as a location turns slowly through 360
degrees wrt the Sun over an annual orbit -

Because the noon cycles are unequal as an actual effect ,taking axial
rotation to be constant and the change in orbital orientation to be in
accordance with Keplerian orbital geometry, the remaining question is
whether to consider the change in orbital orientation as a new motion
or just a consequence of orbital dynamics.
It is no time to remain silent or hidden with the hope that this new
orbital component will drift into oblivion,it is there and can be seen
clearly using modern imaging of another planet.
