Chris Curtis of Network Rail has a piece in the current RAIL stating
that the Larkhall, Alloa, Robin Hood and Ebbw Vale reopenings have all
exceeded their target patronage figures. I think I can guess what you
said prior to reopening.

Perhaps you'll want to retract this:
http://groups.google.com/group/uk.railway/browse_thread/thread/d06bcbf487f65a0/4c4a870deb7e66e1?lnk=st&q=robin蚊#4c4a870deb7e66e1

But then you probably won't.

As you also appear to be opposed to changes to NATA appraisal methods,
such as the self-fulfilling fuel duty 'benefits', I'm starting to
believe your civil servant claims. DoT was it?
