Limited amount of info on Watford Observer website:
"Rail passengers face delays this evening after reports of a fatality
in tunnels between Watford Junction and Kings Langley stations.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm and railway users face hour-
long delays on London Midland services between London Euston and
Northampton.
Virgin Trains are also facing delays of an hour, on their London
Euston to Rugby service."
