Try riding on them and report back. I am not familiar with UK paths
but certainly in Canada they tend to be badly designed, often poorly
maintained and don't usually go anywhere a person wants to go, and
tend to be littered with dog-walkers and roller bladers.
Unless Aylesbury has some incredibly good engineers who worked on the
paths you will likely find that they are not much better than the
Milton Keyes paths John Franklin has written about.
