I can neither force nor prevent the authorities to/from imposing a
cycle tax. What power do you imagine I or any cyclist has over taxes?
Do you suppose that road tax is the result of motorists clubbing
together and offering to pay for the roads they use (and seem to think
that they have exclusive rights to)?
