Did you research the maps and road info that the unit uses? If not, then
you can't blame anyone else for this problem.

Na! its the satnav. The one built into my car took me on a 6 mile detour
down a dual carriageway, round a roundabout, back down the opposite
carriageway of the same road I had just came down and past the hotel I
started from. Wouldn't be without one but they can throw a complete
wobbly every now and then.

Also, did you connect it to 't' internet to update everything? The software
may have been written before it was a bus lane... Just because it's new to
you doesn't mean it hasn't been sitting in storage somewhere for a few
years, or loaded with old map info.

Didn't realise bus lanes were thought of back in the late 70's. You learn
something new every day.

Jim
A pal of mine got directed from Inverness via Cannich the A82 route to get to
Muir of Ord.

Worse still he was in site of the Kessock Bridge! Now it has been there for
25+ years. Beauly has been there for hundreds but it still went the "wrong"
way and brought him back through Beauly on the way back from Cannich.

Now he was from your neck of the woods so is that Sat Nav second hand
