NEW SERIES STARTING : The Psychology behind Atheism
Hello present NG attendees, and lurkers....

I just want to announce that I will be starting a new series
commencing this weekend sometime. Each weekend, we shall take a look
at an issue reflecting the psychology behind atheism. Being a former
'atheist' of some 10+ adult years, I will be sharing quite a bit from
my own experience in addition to what other people who practice
atheism have shared with me over the years concerning the personal
living out of atheism and what effects have resulted as a
consequence.

I shall try not to uneccessarily offend anyone who has taken atheism
to heart as thier religion of practice , but will touch on certain
facets of the religion concerning motives, rationale, attempted
justification, and how pride and rebellion come into play for the
adherant .

So, stay tuned as the first one starts soon. Dialogue is encouraged.

Regards,
Dave

We look forward, as always, to pointing out how misguided your
notions are and exposing your religion for the superstitious
nonsense it is.

Oh, it will be!

Dave - thanks again for your contribution to hastening the demise of
your damaging mythological twaddle, which is now in terminal decline
across the western world.

regards, Ian

Does that mean we get a chance to educate you at last? No things as
impossible as that just don't happen in real life.

Correction; you were an anarchist, a KKK thug, and a retarded loser: Now
you've become a Fundy, a Usenet thug, and are still a retarded loser.

Which has absolutely no relevance to Atheism: Go preach to the KKK.

Example of how stupid this DiLV/IlBeBauck ingrate is: For the past several
months every Atheist has been telling him that Atheism (Non-belief in any
deity.) is as much a religion as not collecting stamps is a hobby. It went
in one ear and out the other with nothing to stop it in between.

It's clear to me that OUR kind of atheism has little, if anything at all, to
do with YOUR version of it. Any psychological assessment (for which you
clearly aren't qualified), would tend to reveal more about you than any of
us. I think the only interest you have in contributions are to support your
fanciful vision which is fictional.

You previous 'series' failed to prove any single point other than that you
are deluded. If you believed the thing you says atheists believe than you
were utterly wrong. The rest of us aren't like that. If you are still
seeking to attack your past - count us out. We have nothing to do with your
failures. Psychologically you are trying not to have any responsibility for
your actions and blame atheism rather than blaming yourself.
