Cloverfield
Someone on here mentioned "Cloverfield" was well worth viewing so I
downloaded it and I was not disappointed. Thanks for the tip.

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea

I'd like to see Thames House get hammered down.
The mindcontrol has started slightly, so my good mood of this morning
is vanishing, replaced by fear.

Vigorous exercise helps. Also, strangely, looking up helps! Go out for a
walk somewhere quiet and look at the sky. Also get a punchbag - a proper
hanging one, and beat the crap out of it. You can even make your own - take
a pillow, wrap it in corrugated cardboard (this is taking me back to my
teenage martial arts). Hang it somewhere with plenty of space (not a door
jamb - a miss can be very painful). It's a seriously good way of getting
rid of stress and depression.
Know that there are people who wish you well.

If you can't get hold of a punchbag then simply wrap a politician,
lawyer, or journalist, in clingfilm.

WTF, do it anyway, it's a public service.
