The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has captured one of its Top Ten
Most Wanted fugitives with the help of the Clarksville Police
Department's Major Crimes Unit.

After a tip to a TBI agent, Corianthian Dewayne Gardner, 19, was
captured at 9:45 Wednesday night. Clarksville Police made the physical
arrest at Orchard Park Apartments in Clarksville, TN.

Gardner was wanted by the Clarksville Police Department for
facilitation of first degree murder, facilitation of attempted first
degree murder and facilitation of aggravated assault.

He was involved in a shooting that killed one and injured another
shortly after midnight on January 13, 2007 at the intersection of
Locust Street and Chapel Street in Clarksville, TN. Gardner has a
criminal history that involves illegal weapon charges.
