What's it doing? If I use that web page from my home machine, it reports

XXX appears to have POOR source port randomness and GREAT transaction ID randomness

where XXX is my router's external address, and it isn't running a DNS
server.

If I use the command line alternative, it reports

XXX is GREAT: 26 queries in 4.1 seconds from 26 ports with std dev 20176.95

where XXX is one of my ISP's name servers, but not the one I'm using.

It's checking for cache poisoning via the recently discovered exploit.

https://www.dns-oarc.net/oarc/services/dnsentropy

Dunno why you're getting those results tho'.
